A delightful stay with stunning views

Our mornings began with the joy of sipping coffee on the balcony, overlooking the vibrant city skyline. The staff were incredibly attentive, often going the extra mile to ensure we felt at home throughout our 5-night stay.

The only downside was the room temperature, which was a bit chilly at times. This made it slightly uncomfortable during the evenings, requiring us to adjust the thermostat often.

the room design was more of a disaster than trendy. The rusty towel rack was absolutely unacceptable! After all my trouble getting in, I expected a complimentary upgrade, not a bed on wheels! I almost thought about giving a good review, but clearly, this hotel only caters to the unrefined palate. so disappointed.

Can recommend for a couple of nights

Friendly staff, spacious lobby, the breakfast offered a diverse variety of tasty options that fueled our morning adventures, and the location was incredibly convenient, just a short drive from major attractions.

For us it was ideal.

We loved the kids' menu and the welcome kit for our teenagers. The hotel has this funky vibe with crossword patterns on the ceiling, and the location is fantastic with a nice canal walk nearby.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast layout was awkward.

The hotel provides an excellent location by the Dubai Creek, ideal for morning strolls. The staff were overwhelmingly friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere. the breakfast layout could use some improvement, as it felt somewhat disorganized at times.

Recommend it for families with children

This place was like a hidden gem! The breakfast spread included made-to-order omelettes that just hit the spot. the pool area was perfect for the kids, they absolutely loved it! !

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get, it's still acceptable.

The bed cover was not clean, but the King Room offered a cozy retreat.

Had a great time with friends! The staff was amazing, especially at breakfast which was full of delicious choices. We loved the kids' amenities and had fun at the rooftop pool. Took trips to the creek nearby and enjoyed some local attractions too.

One friend faced issues with the bathroom lock, which was broken and took too long to get fixed. This was really inconvenient during our stay.

The breakfast spread was diverse and satisfying, but I found the limited options could be improved for longer stays.

The location was fantastic, offering quick access to the old quarter and Manhattan-like views from the rooftop pool. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. The breakfast had a delightful variety of hot dishes and healthy options , which was a great start to our day.
